REGISTRATION:
Fees - Credit card payments = $385 per team for 7/8 and 5/6; $255 per 3/4 team
Discount of $20 per team when fees paid by check (to mailing address or in person at tournament)


COVID SAFETY: 
COVID guidelines attached and apply to ALL persons at the tournament.

CONCESSIONS/T-SHIRTS/LAX STUFF:

A variety of beverages, snacks, and lunch items will be available for purchase. Please keep all food

(including Gatorade) off the turf fields. T-Shirts, sweatshirts and will be available for sale at

the fields. 

TRAINER/FIRST AID:

There will be a Trainer/First Aid Tent located between Field 1 and Field 2

INCLEMENT WEATHER:

In case of inclement weather, we will send out emails and post a notice on our website –

LOST AND FOUND:

We will accept lost and found items at the check-in table.

REFEREES:

Referees will be available for all games.

RESTROOMS:

Restrooms are on east side of the park near the baseball fields. Portable potties will be near the community garden.

SCHEDULE OVERVIEW:

7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. Check-in and submit rosters.

9:00 a.m. Games Begin
Schedule TBD; Game times could alter depending on referees.

RULES:
1. All rules posted by The Woodlands Township apply to players, teams and fans.
2. No dogs other than service animals allowed.
3. No timeouts and no scores kept
4. Twenty-three minute games with no halftime and seven minutes to change fields.
5. Risk Acknowledgement and Liability Waivers to follow - required for ALL players
