REGISTRATION:
Fees - Credit card payments = $385 per team for 7/8 and 5/6; $255 per 3/4 team; $185 per K-2 team
Discount of $10 per team when fees are paid by check, Venmo or PayPal (we kindly ask that all payments be made by February 7, 2022)
*Discount is per team, so if you register multiple teams, please subtract $10 per team, if NOT using a credit card.

CONCESSIONS/T-SHIRTS/LAX STUFF:
A variety of beverages, snacks, and lunch items will be available for purchase. Please keep all food
(including Gatorade) off the turf fields. T-Shirts, sweatshirts and will be available for sale at
the fields.
TRAINER/FIRST AID:
There will be a Trainer/First Aid Tent located between Field 1 and Field 2
INCLEMENT WEATHER:
In case of inclement weather, we will send out emails and post a notice on our website –

LOST AND FOUND:
We will accept lost and found items at the check-in table.
REFEREES:
Referees will be available for all games.
RESTROOMS:
Restrooms are on east side of the park near the baseball fields. Portable potties will be near the community garden.
SCHEDULE OVERVIEW (could change depending on number of teams registered):
7:00-8:00am - Check-in and submit rosters
8am - Games begin
Schedule TBD; Game times could alter depending on referees.
RULES:
1. All rules posted by The Woodlands Township apply to players, teams and fans.
2. No staking of team tents.
3. No chairs allowed on the turf fields.
4. No dogs other than service animals allowed.
5. No timeouts and no scores kept.
6. Twenty-five minute games with no halftime and five minutes to change fields.
7. Risk Acknowledgement and Liability Waivers to follow - required for ALL players
